LafargeHolcim: announces acquisition of Tarrant Concrete
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening LafargeHolcim announced the acquisition of Tarrant concrete, a ready-mix concrete supplier based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas.
"This transaction will strengthen LafargeHolcim's existing operations in one of the most attractive and biggest ready-mix concrete and aggregates markets in the USA," LafargeHolcim said.
Tarrant Concrete reported turnover of over 40 million dollars, and employs 90 people. It is, with three operational plants, one of the main local ready-mix concrete companies, LafargeHolcim continued.
