(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday LafargeHolcim announced the acquisition of Kendall Group, a producer of aggregate and ready-mixed concrete.
Present in the south of England, this company generated turnover of around 33 million Swiss francs last year.
The cement manufacturer said that "The new business will be managed by LafargeHolcim's subsidiary Aggregate Industries expanding its operations in the South of England.
