Adecco: completes share buyback program
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss staffing group Adecco has bought back 4.
58 million shares, or 2.7% of its capital, as part of its 300 million euros share buyback programme launched in March 2017.
It said on Tuesday that these shares were bought at an average purchase price of 73.8 Swiss francs.
Adecco shares last traded at 70.3 Swiss francs.
The shareholders will now have to approve the cancellation of the 4.58 million repurchased shares at the company's AGM.
As a reminder, Adecco has decided to launch a new share buyback programme of up to 150 million euros.
