Credit Suisse: changes to executive committee
(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse announces that its Board of Directors has approved a series of changes to its executive board, changes that will take effect immediately.
Amongst these changes, David Miller succeeds James L. Amine as Chief Executive Officer of Investment Banking and Capital Markets , where Eric Varvel will become Chairman, while Harold Bogle has been appointed as Vice-Chairman, Group Executive Office.
