Roche: launches tender offer for Spark Therapeutics shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Confirming the agreement of 22 February, Roche announced on Thursday that it has launched a cash tender offer for all of Spark Therapeutics' outstanding common shares.
This offer has been made at a price of 114.50 dollars per share.
"The tender offer period will expire at 12am midnight, Eastern Time, at the end of the day on 3 April 2019, unless the offer is extended," Roche said.
