Roche: recommends electronic voting ahead of AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Due to the COVID-19 situation, Roche is advising against physical participation at its Annual General Meeting that will take place on 17 March 2020 and recommends electronic voting.
While the meeting will take place as planned under conditions set by Swiss authorities, the drugmaker said shareholders attending the meeting do so "at their own risk."
