Syngenta: R&D and operations executives to leave company.
(CercleFinance.com) - Switzerland's Syngenta, the agrochemicals maker acquired by ChemChina, said on Wednesday that two of its top executives would leave the company at the end of September.
Two members of the executive committee - Trish Malarkey, head of R&D, and Mark Peacock, head of global operations - will leave Syngenta as the company plans to bring together the leadership of the research & development and production functions within the crop protection business and the seeds business.
Syngenta recently confirmed its aim to reinforce its leading position in crop protection and become an ambitious number three in seeds.
