Lindt: shares rise after UBS upgrade

(CercleFinance.com) - The Lindt & Spruengli share rose 1.
6% to 82,200 Swiss francs on the SIX Swiss Exchange after UBS upgraded the luxury Swiss chocolate maker from "neutral" to "buy".

In a note to clients, in particular the broker cites the group's "strong organic growth outperformance".

UBS says Lindt's "sound" volume outperformance and pricing power are "underestimated", pointing out that the stock's valuation allows a window of opportunity "to enter the story."

The broker has raised its target price from 78,500 Swiss francs to 88,500 Swiss francs.
