Agta record: divestment to Assa Abbloy
(CercleFinance.com) - Agta record announces that the shareholders of 3B Finance GmbH, CM-CIC Investissement and the Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale) have decided to accept Assa Abloy's takeover bid for the entire capital of 3B Finance GmbH and Agta Finance, the holding company of agta record group.
Assa Abloy is already a shareholder, with a stake of around 39% in agta record.
Agta record Group announces that the partners of 3B Finance GmbH (Bunzl family), CM-CIC Investissement and BFCM (Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale), as partners of Agta Finance, have signed a sale agreement with Assa Abloy, valuing the majority stake of 53.75% held by Agta Finance in the capital of Agta record at a price of 70 euros per share.
This transaction is worth 933 milliion euros for 100% of Agta record group's capital. Assa Abloy would therefore have 93.77% of Agta's share capital at the end of the acquisition.
