Bombardier: concludes sale of Training unit to CAE
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday the Bombardier Group confirms that it has completed the previously announced sale of its flight and technical training activities to CAE.
The net proceeds from this sale are expected to be approximately 500 million dollars, after the assumption of certain obligations, fees and closing adjustments.
