Bombardier: chooses Triumph to provide nacelle components
(CercleFinance.com) - Bombardier has chosen US aviation and industrial component supplier Triumph Group to provide components for A320neo nacelles.
Triumph currently provides cowl opening actuators for the CFM-powered A320neo aircraft.
Under the terms of the deal, it will now design, qualify and manufacture cowl opening actuation systems and hold-open rods.
In 2017 Bombardier had been been selected by Airbus in Belfast as a supplier on a new engine nacelle program for the Pratt & Whitney powered A320neo family.
