AB InBev: set to name former Altria CEO as chairman
(CercleFinance.com) - AB InBev, the world's largest brewer, is set to name American businessman Martin Barrington as its next chairman, the company said late on Tuesday.
Martin Barrington had been Altria's Chairman and CEO between 2012 and 2018.
The executive will replace Olivier Goudet, who has served on AB InBev's board of directors since April 2011 and has been its chairman since April 2015.
The move comes as Alexandre Behring, Stefan Descheemaeker and Carlos Alberto Sicupira will also be leaving their positions as board members, the company said.
