AB Inbev: Bryan Garnier's best brewer alongside Heineken.
(CercleFinance.com) - Bryan Garnier has confirmed "buy" recommendation on AB InBev, along with its fair value of 128 euros, a share that is its favourite stock in the brewing sector, alongside Heineken.
"AB InBev, Heineken and Constellation Brands (not rated) delivered some of the best first half results in the beverages sector on both sides of the Atlantic," said the broker, which pointed to organic growth of 4.4% for AB InBev's Revenues and 10.5% for its operating profit.
The broker expects a sharp acceleration in H2, mainly thanks to a rapid generation of synergies related to its merger with SABMiller, along with a recovery in growth in both revenues and margins in Brazil.
