bpost: BlackRock reduces stake under 3% threshold.
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has reduced its stake to under the 3% threshold of voting rights in bpost, after a share sale, the Belgian postal company said on Friday.
bpost has not said what level BlackRock's stake reached after crossing the 3% threshold, which obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings, however, on 6 July the stake still represented 3.08% of total voting rights.
