(CercleFinance.com) - On 23 November US asset manager BlackRock's stake in KBC increased to just over 5%, the Belgian financial group said on Friday.
The disclosure was made after BlackRock's holding rose above the notification threshold of 5% of the total number of voting rights, KBC said.
BlackRock now has a 5.04% stake in the group and 21,098,547 voting rights in the group, according to the filing.
