(CercleFinance.com) - KBC said on Friday that US money manager BlackRock's stake in the group crossed the 5 percent reporting threshold on 4 July after BlackRock bought additional shares.
BlackRock's holding now amounts to 21.173.750 voting rights, or 5.06% of total voting rights, the Belgian financial group said in a transparency notification.
