Solvay: new supply contract with Boeing
(CercleFinance.com) - Solvay has been awarded a new long-term supply contract by Boeing for composite materials and adhesives for all the US group's commercial and defense aircraft programs.
The contract covers applications including primary and secondary aircraft structures, as well as interiors and coatings, the chemical group said.
Solvay already supplies Boeing with a range of advanced materials, including thermoset and thermoplastic composites manufactured at its plants in the United States, Europe and China.
The financial terms of the contract were not specified.
