Solvay: BlackRock cuts stake to below 3%
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has cut its stake in Belgian chemical group Solvay to 2.
94%, Solvay said on Wednesday.
Solvay said BlackRock's stake has crossed the 3% statutory threshold which obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings, according to Belgian transparency legislation.
BlackRock said that on 7 September, including equivalent financial instruments, it held 3.18% of the company's voting rights.
