Bureau Veritas: acquires Security Innovation
(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Security Innovation, a US company specializing in software security.
This acquisition is part of the group's LEAP | 28 strategy to accelerate the development of its cybersecurity activities and make them a new growth stronghold for the Group.
Security Innovation will broaden Bureau Veritas' client portfolio and establish a new pole of expertise in cybersecurity for its clients in the USA, with the possibility of expanding it worldwide.
Security Innovation provides leading-edge software security consulting and services focused on software testing, lifecycle consulting and secure software development (SDLC) and training.
This acquisition will add a strong network of 95 highly qualified specialists to Bureau Veritas. Security Innovation generated sales of E21m in 2023.
