Lockheed Martin: Bulgaria takes delivery of an F-16 Block 70

(CercleFinance.com) - Lockheed Martin announces that Bulgaria has received its first F-16 Block 70, marking a key milestone in the modernization of its air force.


The delivery was celebrated at a ceremony in Greenville, South Carolina, in the presence of Bulgarian Defense Minister Atanas Zapryanov.

Bulgaria has ordered a total of 16 aircraft.

Lockheed Martin produces these aircraft in Greenville, and has an order book of 117 F-16 Block 70/72s, 23 of which have already been delivered to international customers.
