JPMorgan Chase: names new CFO

(CercleFinance.com) - Wall Street giant JPMorgan Chase named Jennifer Piepszak as its chief financial officer on Wednesday, succeeding Marianne Lake, who will take on another role in the company.


Jennifer Piepszak - who is currently chief executive officer of the group's card services business - will become chief financial officer and a member of its operating committee, effective from 1 May, the bank said.

She joined JPMorgan in 1994.

Meanwhile, Marianne Lake will become chief executive officer of consumer lending, which includes card services, home lending and auto finance.

The former PricewaterhouseCoopers accountant joined the company in 1999.
