GE: names new CFO

(CercleFinance.com) - GE named Carolina Dybeck Happe, the current CFO of Danish shipping giant A.
P. Moller-Maersk, as its new chief financial officer, effective early 2020.

As CFO, Dybeck Happe will lead GE's global finance organization and financial activities including accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, internal audit, and treasury, the industrial group said.

She will also lead GE's digital technology and global operations functions.

Dybeck Happe will be based in GE's Boston headquarters.

She replaces Jamie Miller, who, as previously announced, will transition from her current role, ensuring a "smooth handover."
