Boeing: tentative agreement with unions
(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing announces a tentative agreement with IAM Districts 751 and W24, representing more than 33,000 employees.
The agreement includes 'the largest across-the-board wage increase to date', according to Boeing, along with reduced medical costs, increased pension contributions and improved work-life balance.
The agreement also reinforces Boeing's commitment to the Pacific Northwest, where the company's next new aircraft will be built.
As a reminder, IAM 751 and W24 refer to locals of the International Union of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
