Alfa Laval: extends loan maturity until 2022

(CercleFinance.com) - Alfa Laval has amended its revolving credit line into a facility of 900 million euros, also obtaining a one-year extension of its maturity from 2021 until 2022.


In the midst if the Covid-19 crisis, the Swedish engineering group has amended its credit facility with a change of the current facilities' 400 million euros plus 54O million dollars into one facility, the group said.

Swedish bank SEB acted as coordinator in the deal, joined by existing lenders such as BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, HSBC, ING, and Nordea Bank, while Standard Chartered joined as a new lender.

The company said it has now a "strong" balance sheet, supported by a solid liquidity buffer.
