Ericsson: deal with STC in Saudi Arabia

(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson has announced that it has been selected by Saudi Telecom Company (STC) as a managed services provider in Saudi Arabia.


As part of the agreement, Ericsson will deploy its Ericsson Operations Engine solution to strengthen STC's network operations, based on the latest technology solutions that make automated operations predictive and proactive.

Ericsson specifies that its latest Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based software suite and machine learning tools and capacities will also be deployed to provide an automated end-to-end managed operations service.
