H&M: signs 980 million euro revolving-credit facility

(CercleFinance.com) - H&M said on Wednesday that it has signed a new 12-month 980 million euros revolving credit facility with a six months extension to strengthen its capital buffer in light of the Covid-19 crisis.

The Swedish budget fashion retailer said that the new facility comes in addition to an undrawn 700 million euros revolving credit facility that was signed in 2017 and matures in 2024.

The new loan has been supported by a group of H&M's partner banks, including Sweden's SEB, France's BNP Paribas, and Denmark's Danske Bank.
