Technip Energies: JV with John Cockerill

(CercleFinance.com) - Technip Energies and John Cockerill announce the launch of Rely, a unique provider of integrated and competitive green hydrogen solutions, in line with their common aim to accelerate the energy transition.


Rely will offer end-to-end solutions, from pre-investment services, including technical and financial advice, to the supply of proprietary products, project execution, operation and maintenance.

Based in Belgium, Rely will be majority (60%) owned by Technip Energies and 40% by John Cockerill. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the second half of 2023.
