Technip Energies: US delisting ahead

(CercleFinance.com) - Technip Energies announced on Monday its intention to de-register from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to focus on its listing in Paris.


The energy engineering group said it intends to file a "Form 15F" with the New York stock exchange authority to end its publication obligations in the US.

The de-listing document refers to its American depositary receipt (ADR) program, which is traded over-the-counter in the US.

Technip Energies - whose shares are listed on Euronext Paris - plans to continue to publish its financial information with the AMF in France and the AFM, its Dutch equivalent.
