FCA: postpones AGM due to coronavirus

(CercleFinance.com) - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles said late on Friday that its AGM, which was scheduled for 16 April, will be postponed until late June, in the face of the current coronavirus pandemic.


This decision also results in the postponement of the resolution on the 1.1 billion euro ordinary dividend communicated at the time the group entered into the merger agreement with Peugeot, FCA said.

The AGM's new date will be announced "as soon as practicable," the auto giant said.
