ASML: Credit Suisse raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse maintains its Outperform rating on share of the semiconductor supplier ASML Holding, also increasing its corresponding target price from 540 euros to 630 euros (current price about 530 euros, flat).


The broker is raising its sales estimates for 2021 by 2%, followed by 7%-10% for 2022-2025 and expects EPS growth of 5% in 2021 and then 11%-13% for 2022-2025. The broker highlights accelerating demand for semiconductors and DRAM memory.

Credit Suisse models sales of 4.05 billion euros in Q1, slightly above the consensus (4.01 billion euros), followed by 3.9 billion euros in Q2 (vs. consensus at 3.86 billion euros).
