Wolters Kluwer: divests a business in France

(CercleFinance.com) - On New year's eve, Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory announced that it has signed and finalised the sale of its legal advertising business in France, which is called, Annonces & Formalités Légales, to Médialex, a subsidiary of the Sipa-Ouest-France group.


The sale of this entity, which has 34 full-time employees, is in line with Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory's strategy to focus on professional information and software solutions in core legal markets.
