Wolters Kluwer: new CEO for Health division

(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer has announced the appointment of Stacey Caywood as CEO of its healthcare division from 1 June, replacing Diana Nole, who is leaving the Dutch professional publishing group to take up a position elsewhere.


Stacey Caywood will be replaced on the same date as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of its Legal and Regulatory Division by Martin O'Malley, who is currently in charge of the Benelux region within this division.
