Aegon: prices 800 million dollar new debt issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch insurer Aegon will offer new subordinated debt securities in an 800 million dollar deal that will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of existing debt.


The new Tier 2 subordinated debt securities, first callable in April 2028 and maturing in April 2048, will have a coupon of 5.5%.

The notes will be admitted for trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
