Airbus: creates new cybersecurity unit

(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus on Friday announced the creation of Airbus Protect, a new subsidiary pooling the company's expertise in services such as cyber security, safety and sustainable development.


The aim of this structure is to provide a unique global service to protect Airbus at a companywide level and respond to the needs of external authorities and business clients, including in the field of critical infrastructure.

The new organisation brings together more than 1,200 experts based in France, Germany, the UK, Spain and Belgium who will develop Airbus' capacity and tap into synergies to further develop its expertise in these key areas.
