Airbus: Flynas orders ten A321XLRS at Dubai Air Show

(CercleFinance.com) - Flynas, Saudi Arabia's first low-cost airline, has signed a firm order of 10 A321XLRs at the 2019 Dubai Air Show.


Flynas signed an agreement in 2016 for 80 A320neo families and currently operates a fleet of 27 A320ceos and 4 A320neos.

In 2018, the airline transported over 6.6 million passengers on 60,000 domestic and international flights. The airline currently operates more than 1,200 flights per week to 17 domestic and 53 international destinations.

The aircraft will offer an unprecedented range of up to 4,700 nm, with fuel consumption per seat reduced by 30% compared to previous generation competitors.

The A320neo family has accumulated over 7,000 firm orders by the end of October 2019 from more than 110 customers worldwide.
