STMicro: Jean-Marc Chèry reappointed at helm
(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics announces that Jean-Marc Chéry has been reappointed as Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer, at the suggestion of Supervisory Board Chairman Nicolas Dufourcq and Vice-Chairman Maurizio Tamagnini.
The Supervisory Board will therefore submit his reappointment for a three-year term as sole member of the Management Board, Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer to the AGM of 2024. This decision recognises the importance of continuity in ST's strategy, execution and value proposition under Jean-Marc Chéry's leadership, the Franco-Italian semiconductor manufacturer said.
