STMicro: main resolutions to be submitted to AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics has announced the main resolutions that will be submitted for approval at its AGM, to be held in Schiphol (Netherlands) on 28 May 2020.


The key resolutions, proposed by the Supervisory Board, mainly include the approval of the Company's annual statutory accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, the distribution of a cash dividend of 0.24 dollar per common share outstanding, the appointment of Ms. Ana de Pro Gonzalo as a member of the Supervisory Board for a period of three years, the appointment of Mr. Yann Delabrière as a member of the Supervisory Board - also for a period of three years.

The group strongly encourages shareholder not to attend the AGM in person, but rather to exercise their voting rights by Internet or proxy.
