Philips: EGM approves dividend payment in shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Philips has said that its EGM has approved the payment of a dividend of 0,85 euro per ordinary share in the form of shares for FY 2019.


The Dutch medical technologies group states that the ex-dividend date has been set on 30 June. The Payment date has been set from 7 July to shareholders registered on 1 July.
