Eni: subsidiary Plenitude plans to buy 100% of PLT Group

(CercleFinance.com) - Eni announces that its green subsidiary, Plenitude, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of PLT, an integrated Italian group producing electricity from renewable energies and supplying energy to residential customers.


Through this deal, which is synergistic with its portfolio of renewable assets and its retail customers, Plenitude will strengthen its presence in both Italy and Spain.

Thanks to this acquisition, Plenitude's pipeline of renewable energy projects will grow to a total of approximately 13 GW.
