Linde: long-term contract with Hungary's Borsodchem

(CercleFinance.com) - Linde has announced signing a long-term contract with BorsodChem - a Hungarian chemical company member of the Wanhua Chemical Group - to supply nitrogen, oxygen and compressed air to the Kazincbarcika chemical complex in Kazincbarcika, Hungary.


As part of this deal, Linde will build one of the largest air separation units in Hungary, which is due to be completed by the end of 2021.

Linde says that, in addition to supporting BorsodChem's expansion, the plant will also supply nitrogen, oxygen and compressed air to meet growing demand from the gas industry in Hungary and neighbouring countries.
