Ryanair: October passenger numbers up 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - The day after publishing its half-year report, Ryanair said its passenger numbers rose to 13.
8 million in October, up 5% from a year ago.
Europe's largest low-cost airline said its load factor - a measure of how well the carrier fills its planes - reached 96% last month.
All these figures include numbers from Austrian unit Lauda, which saw passenger numbers increase by 20% to 600,000.
The Ryanair share is currently down 0.8%, as Deutsche Bank downgraded its rating on the stock this morning.
