Accenture: acquires Parisian consulting firm OpusLine

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Accenture has announced the acquisition of OpusLine, a French consulting firm specialising in healthcare.
It did not however specify the terms of the deal.

In a statement, Accenture said that the acquisition of OpusLine - which offers scientific studies and expertise, strategy, operational transformation, digital and data services - will enable it to strengthen its offering in the healthcare sector.

Founded in 2012 in Paris, the company has 85 employees and around 100 clients, including insurance specialists, industrial groups, healthcare providers and public institutions.

Accenture has stepped up acquisitions in recent months. Over FY 2019/2020, which ended last month, the technology giant spent nearly 1.5 billion dollars taking over 34 companies.
