Accenture: contract with US patent office

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture announced on Thursday that it has been awarded a 50 million dollar contract by the US Patent and Trademark Office.


The contract with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) provides for the provision of automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, robotic processing and blockchain services, according to the press release issued by the consulting group.

The outsourcing specialist explains that these services will facilitate the searches of the agency's 9,000 patent examiners by increasing the number of tools available to them.
