Accenture: acquires Dutch product design agency VanBerlo

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture has acquired the Dutch product design and innovation agency VanBerlo as consulting experts and creative agencies are increasingly competing against each other.


The IT expert said that the acquisition will strengthen its capabilities to help clients benefit from the merging of physical products and digital services.

Based in Eindhoven, VanBerlo develops smart connected solutions that combine objects with digital services, using technologies such as sensors, artificial intelligence and data analytics for clients in the consumer goods, healthcare, and banking industries.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
