Royal Dutch Shell: buys back 1 million shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Royal Dutch Shell has repurchased over 1 million of its shares last Friday alone, as part of a share buyback program announced in July.


The oil company has bought, for cancellation, 1.05 million of "A" shares at average prices of between 2540.50 pence and 2540.65 pence, representing a total cost of approximately 25 million pounds.

The stock is currently down 0.1% at 2,528.5 pence.
