Diageo: new partnerships as part of DSS program

(CercleFinance.com) - Diageo has announced three new partnerships with AquaSpy, Clean Crop Technologies and Smart Cloud Farming as part of its Diageo Sustainable Solutions (DSS) program.


These partnerships aim to help small-scale farmers in Africa cope with climate challenges by providing innovative technologies to improve soil and crop management.

Diageo will invest £450,000 in the development of these technologies.

Pilot projects will start in East Africa (Kenya and Uganda) and could be extended to Diageo's entire supply chain if results are positive.
