(CercleFinance.com) - Goldman Sachs Group has declared to the AMF that on January 6, through the intermediary of companies it controls, it crossed downwards the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Casino and indirectly held 0.
66% of the capital and voting rights.

This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market sale of Casino shares, the result of which is subject to the trading exemption for the declaring party. At the same time, Goldman Sachs International crossed below the same thresholds.
