Emeis: partnership with NLV in the Netherlands

(CercleFinance.com) - emeis announces the signature of a partnership with real estate asset manager NLV to support the expansion of the emeis group in the Netherlands, marking NLV's first investment in healthcare real estate.


This agreement represents an important milestone for both partners in the Netherlands, which aims to develop 25 new residential care facilities over the next four years.

The investment consists of a 'sales & lease back' agreement under which NLV will purchase the new-build pipeline from the emeis group's Dutch subsidiary, which will then lease the assets as operator.

The initial agreement covers 25 new projects scheduled for completion over the next four years, with the possibility of extending to new projects, using the forward sales principle.
