Michelin: acquires Canopy Simulation

The British company, world leader in lap time simulation, offers one of the market's leading simulation software packages, hosted on a cloud platform.

The software combines track, car and tyre models with a highly advanced trajectory simulator, which reproduces the behaviour of an 'ideal virtual driver. The applications of driver modelling are manifold, both in racing and on the road.
