Nacon: new accessories to accompany the Switch 2
(CercleFinance.com) - Last night, Nacon unveiled a series of new accessories to accompany the forthcoming release of the Switch 2, Nintendo's new console.
In order to protect the device from clumsiness or the unexpected, the group says it has designed cases, protective shells, pouches and carrying cases adapted to drops and knocks, whether during game phases or on the move.
Tempered glass protectors and cleaning tools will also enable users to take good care of their mobile console's screen.
Nacon will also optimize the console's gyroscopy by offering a duo of Joy-Con steering wheels designed for small hands, ideal for children, as well as a folding steering wheel that uses both Joy-Con controllers simultaneously.
A Joy-Con grip will also optimize the ergonomics of the controllers by enlarging the controller to the best size, improving grip and precision while enhancing comfort.
All these accessories will be available in stores and on the group's website at the time of the Nintendo Switch 2's release, the precise date of which has not been specified.
Nintendo shares ended Friday's trading session down more than 4%, as investors did not appreciate the lack of detail that accompanied the presentation, the video game group having merely announced that it planned to bring the console to market in 2025.
Listed on the Paris Bourse, Nacon shares posted a limited gain of 0.3% on Friday in early trading.
